Last Updated: August 19, 2026
Overview
This website is operated under the store name WrenchVanta. Throughout this website, the terms “WrenchVanta,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of WrenchVanta and its online store.
WrenchVanta provides this website, including the information, products, features, tools, and services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies referenced or linked on this website.
By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you use our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all website users, including visitors, customers, vendors, merchants, and content contributors.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the website or use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any right, guarantee, warranty, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Section 1 – Eligibility and Online Store Terms
By using the Service, you represent that:
- You have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction; or
- You have the permission and supervision required by applicable law to use the Service.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.
You may not use the Service in a manner that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Introduces malware or harmful code
- Interferes with website security or operation
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to another account or system
- Submits false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Uses automated systems to scrape, copy, overload, or disrupt the website without authorization
- Facilitates fraud, abuse, unlawful vehicle modification, or other illegal conduct
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect customers, the website, payment systems, or other parties.
Section 2 – General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel service or orders when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including in cases involving:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment or identity-verification concerns
- Abusive or threatening conduct
- Resale or purchasing patterns that violate stated restrictions
- Pricing or inventory errors
- Sanctions or export restrictions
- Product or destination restrictions
- Violations of these Terms
- Safety or legal concerns
We will not refuse service for an unlawfully discriminatory reason.
Your use of the Service is subject to applicable network, device, and payment-processing requirements. Payment information is processed through authorized payment service providers and is handled according to applicable security requirements and our Privacy Policy.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or commercially use any portion of the Service without our prior written permission, except where allowed by applicable law.
Section 3 – Account and Customer Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Restricting unauthorized access to your device or account
- Providing accurate billing and shipping information
- Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity
- Ensuring that vehicle and product compatibility information supplied to us is accurate
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity results from a security failure for which we are legally responsible.
We may request reasonable verification before processing an order, changing account information, or releasing order-related information.
Section 4 – Accuracy and Timeliness of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies relating to:
- Product descriptions
- Images and colors
- Dimensions and weights
- Vehicle compatibility
- Part numbers
- Materials
- Specifications
- Availability
- Prices
- Promotions
- Shipping charges
- Delivery estimates
General website content is provided for informational purposes and should not be used as the sole basis for technical, mechanical, legal, safety, or purchasing decisions.
Product-specific instructions, manufacturer documentation, vehicle service information, professional advice, and applicable legal requirements should be reviewed where appropriate.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information, subject to applicable law.
Section 5 – Products and Availability
Certain products may be available exclusively through our website and may have limited quantities.
Product availability is not guaranteed. A product shown as available may become unavailable before fulfillment because of:
- Inventory synchronization delays
- Supplier availability
- Warehouse errors
- Product discontinuation
- Safety concerns
- Shipping restrictions
- Pricing errors
- Events outside our reasonable control
We may limit product quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an unavailable item. If we cancel a paid item before shipment, we will refund the applicable amount.
Product packaging, labels, accessories, colors, minor design details, and manufacturer presentation may change without notice, provided that any substitution does not unlawfully or materially misrepresent the product ordered.
Section 6 – Product Images and Colors
We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately. However, actual appearance may vary because of:
- Screen settings
- Lighting
- Photography
- Manufacturing variations
- Packaging updates
- Supplier-provided images
- Paint or finish batch differences
Digital images should not be treated as guaranteed color matches, particularly for automotive paint, coatings, wheels, trim, upholstery, or color-sensitive products.
Customers should verify paint codes, finish specifications, samples, and manufacturer information before purchasing or applying color-sensitive products.
Section 7 – Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices may change without notice before an order is submitted.
The price charged will normally be the price displayed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious or material errors and applicable law.
We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by a clear pricing, tax, shipping, promotional, or technical error. If payment has already been collected, the affected amount will be refunded.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. We may use third-party payment processors and fraud-prevention services to process or verify transactions.
Applicable sales tax, value-added tax, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges may be added during checkout or collected separately as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
International customers are responsible for charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.
Section 8 – Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
An order is generally accepted when it is approved for fulfillment or shipped, subject to applicable law.
We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing
- Shipping restrictions
- Safety concerns
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
- Incorrect customer or address information
- Unusual purchasing quantities
- Supplier or fulfillment errors
Customer cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.
A cancellation is effective only after we confirm it.
Section 9 – Vehicle Compatibility and Fitment
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their vehicle and intended use before purchase, installation, or operation.
Customers should verify, as applicable:
- Vehicle year, make, model, trim, and engine
- Vehicle identification or production information
- Manufacturer and supplier part numbers
- Product dimensions
- Mounting locations
- Electrical specifications
- Fluid and lubricant specifications
- Paint codes and application requirements
- Wheel diameter, width, offset, backspacing, center bore, bolt pattern, and load rating
- Tire size, load index, speed rating, and vehicle clearance
- Motorcycle or ATV specifications
- Existing modifications
- Local road-use, emissions, inspection, and safety requirements
Compatibility information may be based on manufacturer, supplier, catalog, or database information and may not account for every trim level, regional model, production variation, prior repair, or aftermarket modification.
Any compatibility assistance supplied by WrenchVanta is based on the information available to us and the information provided by the customer. It does not replace final verification by the customer or a qualified professional.
Do not install, modify, program, fill, mount, balance, paint, or otherwise use a product until compatibility and condition have been verified.
Section 10 – Installation and Professional Assistance
Some products sold through WrenchVanta may affect vehicle handling, braking, steering, electrical systems, emissions, load capacity, tire clearance, or other safety-related functions.
Products should be installed, inspected, programmed, calibrated, mounted, balanced, or serviced by a suitably qualified professional whenever required by:
- The manufacturer
- Product instructions
- Vehicle specifications
- Applicable law
- The technical or safety-related nature of the work
Customers are responsible for following all product instructions, torque specifications, safety warnings, maintenance requirements, and applicable laws.
WrenchVanta does not provide professional mechanical, engineering, installation, repair, inspection, or legal services merely by selling a product or responding to a general product inquiry.
Improper installation, modification, maintenance, or use may cause property damage, personal injury, product failure, or vehicle damage.
Section 11 – Performance, Racing, Off-Road, and Emissions Products
Certain performance or powersports products may be intended only for racing, competition, off-highway, closed-course, or other restricted applications.
A product described as “racing,” “competition,” “off-road,” or similarly restricted must not be used on public roads where such use is prohibited.
Customers are responsible for confirming whether the purchase, installation, possession, registration, or use of a product is lawful in their jurisdiction.
You may not purchase, install, resell, or use a product for the purpose of unlawfully:
- Bypassing or disabling emissions controls
- Defeating diagnostic or monitoring systems
- Tampering with required safety equipment
- Evading inspection requirements
- Violating noise, lighting, road-use, or environmental regulations
Nothing on our website should be interpreted as authorizing unlawful vehicle tampering or unlawful public-road use.
We may refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe that fulfilling it would violate applicable emissions, safety, transportation, trade, or other legal requirements.
Section 12 – Oils, Fluids, Paints, Chemicals, and Hazardous Products
Oils, fluids, paints, coatings, aerosols, adhesives, cleaners, batteries, chemicals, and pressurized products may present health, environmental, fire, or transportation hazards.
Customers must:
- Review all labels, instructions, warnings, and safety data supplied with the product
- Use suitable personal protective equipment
- Provide adequate ventilation
- Keep products away from heat, sparks, flames, children, and pets
- Store and dispose of products lawfully
- Avoid mixing incompatible substances
- Follow vehicle and manufacturer specifications
- Comply with environmental and transportation rules
Shipping and return availability for these products may be restricted. Do not return a leaking, flammable, pressurized, or hazardous product without receiving written instructions from us.
Section 13 – Product Warnings and California Proposition 65
Certain products may display safety, chemical-exposure, or California Proposition 65 warnings.
Customers are responsible for reviewing warnings displayed on the product page, packaging, label, instruction manual, or accompanying documentation before use.
The presence of a warning does not necessarily mean that a product violates applicable safety standards. It indicates that the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or seller has provided information concerning a potential exposure or risk.
Warnings must not be removed, obscured, or disregarded. Customers reselling a product are responsible for preserving and passing on legally required warnings.
Section 14 – Manufacturer Information and Third-Party Products
Products sold through WrenchVanta may be manufactured, supplied, or fulfilled by independent third parties.
References to manufacturers, vehicle makes, models, product names, trademarks, and part numbers are used for identification, compatibility, or descriptive purposes. Such references do not necessarily imply sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, or affiliation.
Unless expressly stated, WrenchVanta is not the manufacturer of third-party products.
Manufacturer instructions, warnings, specifications, warranty terms, registration requirements, and recall notices may apply separately.
Section 15 – Warranties
Products may include a written manufacturer, supplier, or product-specific warranty. The terms, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures of that warranty will control to the extent applicable.
WrenchVanta does not independently extend or enlarge a third party’s written warranty unless we expressly agree to do so in writing.
The use of an aftermarket product does not necessarily void an entire vehicle warranty. However, warranty coverage may depend on the applicable warranty terms, the cause of the claimed failure, and applicable law. Customers should review their vehicle or equipment warranty and contact the applicable warrantor when necessary.
Except for express written warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the Service and products are provided subject to the disclaimers and limitations permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory warranty, guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 16 – Recalls and Safety Notices
If a product becomes subject to a manufacturer or government safety recall, stop using it when instructed and follow the recall notice.
We may contact customers using available order information when we receive a relevant recall or safety notice. Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details current and reviewing communications relating to purchased products.
Recall remedies may be administered by the manufacturer, supplier, government agency, or another responsible party according to the applicable recall program and law.
Section 17 – Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Products may be ineligible for return after they have been:
- Installed
- Mounted or balanced
- Modified
- Programmed
- Painted
- Filled with oil or fluid
- Used
- Contaminated
- Damaged through improper handling
- Removed from sealed or safety-sensitive packaging
Additional restrictions may apply to customized paint, hazardous materials, clearance products, wheels, tires, electrical products, and specially ordered products.
Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer right.
Section 18 – Shipping and Delivery
Processing, shipping, tracking, delivery, international customs, freight, restricted-product shipping, and lost-package procedures are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and monitoring tracking or freight appointment communications.
Section 19 – Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, service providers, or other external resources.
We do not control and are not responsible for the independent content, security, availability, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.
Accessing a third-party website is at the user’s discretion. Customers should review the third party’s applicable policies before using its services or submitting information.
This section does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 20 – User Content, Reviews, and Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, question, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:
- You have the right to submit it.
- It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- It does not infringe another person’s rights.
- It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious.
- It does not contain malware, confidential information, or unauthorized personal information.
You grant WrenchVanta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-review laws.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor all content.
We will not restrict or penalize an honest customer review merely because it is negative.
Section 21 – Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, layout, design, photographs, icons, and software, are owned by or licensed to WrenchVanta and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website only for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes.
You may not, without permission:
- Copy or republish substantial website content
- Use our branding in a misleading manner
- Create unauthorized derivative works
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
- Use website content to impersonate WrenchVanta
- Use automated systems to extract or reproduce product data at scale
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
If you believe content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with sufficient information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis of your claim.
Section 22 – Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service:
- For unlawful or fraudulent activity
- To violate trade, export, sanctions, environmental, emissions, or safety laws
- To distribute malware or harmful code
- To collect personal information unlawfully
- To harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person
- To submit false reviews, claims, chargebacks, or identity information
- To interfere with website functionality or security
- To reverse engineer protected website systems
- To evade purchasing limits or fraud controls
- To facilitate illegal vehicle modification or emissions tampering
- To resell a product without legally required warnings, labels, or disclosures
We may take reasonable action to prevent or address prohibited activity.
Section 23 – Disclaimer of General Information
Website information, including blog posts, compatibility assistance, installation suggestions, product descriptions, and customer support responses, is provided for general informational and shopping-assistance purposes.
It is not a substitute for:
- Professional mechanical advice
- Vehicle inspection
- Manufacturer service information
- Engineering advice
- Legal or regulatory advice
- Qualified installation
- Product-specific safety instructions
Customers should consult a suitably qualified professional where safety, compatibility, installation, legality, or technical performance is uncertain.
Section 24 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WrenchVanta and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Service or a product, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or vehicle use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrenchVanta is not responsible for losses caused by:
- Incorrect customer-supplied vehicle information
- Customer selection of an incompatible product
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Unauthorized modification
- Use contrary to instructions or warnings
- Unlawful road or off-road use
- Racing or competition use
- Normal wear and tear
- Third-party services
- Events outside our reasonable control
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Section 25 – Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold WrenchVanta harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your:
- Material breach of these Terms
- Unlawful use of the Service
- Infringement of another party’s rights
- Fraudulent conduct
- Unlawful resale or distribution of products
- Unauthorized removal of required warnings or labels
- Illegal vehicle modification or emissions tampering
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify WrenchVanta for our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
Section 26 – Privacy
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by service providers reasonably necessary to operate the store, including payment processors, carriers, fulfillment providers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, and customer-support systems.
Your privacy rights remain subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Section 27 – Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
- A material violation of these Terms
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Security risks
- Unlawful conduct
- Abuse of the Service
- Nonpayment
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Termination does not affect obligations, rights, payments, claims, or liabilities that arose before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
Section 28 – Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and the Service are generally governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory rights, protections, or legal forums available under applicable law.
Section 29 – Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Section 30 – No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only if made in writing and applies only to the specific matter identified.
Section 31 – Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and WrenchVanta concerning use of the Service.
If product-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will generally apply to that product to the extent permitted by law.
Section 32 – Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, products, technology, legal requirements, or operating practices.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes generally apply prospectively from the date they are posted, unless applicable law requires a different approach. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to a completed purchase where prohibited by law.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
