About this item

  • You Will Receive: 1 x 60-tooth go-kart live axle sprocket with 2 pre-installed set screws positioned 90° apart. The required 1/4" axle key is not included.
  • Dimensions & Compatibility: Designed for #40, #41 and #420 roller chains; Teeth: 60 Tooth; 1" bore; 1/4" keyway; 9-3/4" OD. Compatible with Yerf-Dog and Murray go karts; select models only. Before ordering, verify that the bore diameter, chain size, available wheel clearance and mounting configuration match your original sprocket.
  • High-Duty Steel Gear: The sprocket is made of durable heat-treated medium carbon steel with an electroplated finish to help resist rust and surface corrosion.
  • Installation & Maintenance: Installation & Maintenance: Clean the axle, align the keyway and chain line, install a compatible key, and tighten both set screws securely. Check chain alignment and tension before operation and apply suitable chain oil or grease as needed.
  • Drive Ratio Note: The 60-tooth rear sprocket affects the final drive ratio. Actual acceleration, wheel torque, engine RPM and top speed depend on the front sprocket, tire size and engine setup.
