  • This complete clutch kit features an EBS (Engine Braking System) one-way bearing in the primary drive clutch for physical deceleration control.1 The secondary driven clutch is a tied-type structure engineered for specific belt alignment and heat dissipation during off-road operation.
  • Constructed from high-pressure aluminum die-cast housing with precision-machined rollers and bushings. Each primary clutch is 100% dynamic balancing tested to 8000 RPM to verify physical vibration limits and structural integrity under high centrifugal force.
  • Includes a heavy-duty clutch puller tool forged from 4140 heat-treated steel for physical extraction of the primary clutch. The assembly is pre-installed with factory-spec weights and springs to match the stock power curve of Polaris 1000 series engines.
  • Safety limit: Professional installation and belt alignment check are required; do not exceed factory torque specs on center bolts. Non-compatibility notice: Does not fit Turbo models or 900 series engines. Designed to address physical slipping and mechanical noise symptoms in worn CVT systems.
