  • Fixes Weak Tell-Tale, Overheat Alarm & Milky Gear Lube​ Resolves weak tell-tale stream, sudden overheat buzzer, melted impeller chunks in the housing, and water seeping past the pump seal into gearcase (milky lube). New neoprene impeller, SS316/ABS housing, and fresh gaskets restore 2-4 GPM cooling flow. Grease the shaft lightly and clock vanes clockwise on install.
  • Lower-Unit Pull, 25-Minute Service​ Shift to neutral, drop lower unit (4× 7/16" mid-section bolts + trim tab/anode), unstack old housing/plate/gaskets, seat woodruff key, drop impeller on shaft (vanes bend clockwise), stack new gaskets per diagram, torque housing bolts in cross pattern, rehang lower unit, refill gear lube. Run on flushing muffs 3 min to confirm tell-tale before launch. Salt-use interval: every 2 years or 200 hrs.
