Kit includes impeller 6H3-44352-00, housing 6H3-44311-00, insert cup 663-44322-00, wear plate 6H3-44323-00, 3 gaskets, O-ring 93210-46044, woodruff key 90280-03M03, 2× M8 bolts 97095-08045/08055. Match old housing stamp before ordering—this is the WITH-HOUSING version; housing-less 6H3-W0078-00 alone will not include the nylon cup.

  • 50/60/70HP Shaft Family Only — NOT 40HP C40/F40, NOT V6 90-150​ Critical:​ 6H3-W0078-00 fits the 50/60/70HP 3-cyl 2-stroke & 4-stroke high-thrust​ lower unit with the 6H3-series driveshaft diameter. It does NOT​ fit 40HP C40/F40 (uses 6E5/63V pump family), nor 75-90HP (6R5/63Y), nor V6 115-150HP. Verify your engine decal reads 60F / 70B / FT50 / FT60​ before ordering.
  • Fixes Overheat, No Tell-Tale Stream & Milkshake Gear Lube​ Resolves weak tell-tale stream, sudden overheat alarm, melted impeller chunks in the housing, and water seeping past the pump seal into gearcase (milky lube). New neoprene impeller, SS316 wear plate/cup, and fresh gaskets restore 4-6 GPM cooling flow. Grease the shaft lightly and clock vanes clockwise on install.
  • Lower-Unit Pull, 25-Minute Service​ Drop lower unit (4× 10mm mid-section bolts + trim tab), unstack old housing/plate/gaskets, seat woodruff key, drop impeller on shaft (vanes bend clockwise), stack new gaskets per diagram, torque housing bolts to 8 ft-lb in cross pattern, rehang lower unit, refill gear lube. Run on flushing muffs 3 min to confirm tell-tale before launch.
